An eight-year-old girl who went missing from a remote West Australian Aboriginal community on New Year’s Eve has been found alive.
An aircraft doing an aerial search spotted the 2001 White Holden Commodore vehicle Danielle Lane and Augustine Winter Miller, 38, were travelling in at about 2pm (WST) about 25km from the Tjirrkarli Aboriginal Community, 180km northwest of Warburton.
The girl was last seen leaving the community at about midday (WST) on December 31.
No other information was known.
