The 4-year-old girl at the centre of a major search in WA’s Wheatbelt, has been found.
The State Emergency Service says a woman and a young girl at the centre of a major search in WA’s Wheatbelt were found just 300 metres from their camp site.
The four-year-old girl wandered off from a campsite at Eagle Rock, about 350 kilometres north-east of Perth on Saturday morning.
SES volunteers say around 150 people including police and locals were involved in the search operation.
One woman, who went searching for the girl, was also listed as missing overnight when she did not return to the camp site.
A land and air search resumed at first light, with a helicopter spotting the pair together only a short distance from the campsite.
Both are said to be in good condition and have been taken to a local medical facility for a check-up
