became an independent country or nation by treaty with Mexico in 1836.
The Independent Republic of Texas was diplomatically recognized as such by other sovereign countries or Nations.
In 1847, the Republic choose to ally itself with the American Revolutionaries Volunteer Union.

Not wanting to live under Communism, or Marxism as it was called back them, The Republic of Texas chose to legally secede from the American Revolutionaries Volunteer Union.

Using terrorism against civilians occupied the Republic of Texas, after stealing anything they had not already stole during the war, they put an illegal occupation administration sub corporation called ‘THE STATE OF TEXAS’ in place to administer the 159 year and counting illegal occupation of the illegally, criminally, militarily occupied Republic of Texas.
Let’s backtrack a bit.
In 1847 The Republic of Texas allied itself with the American Revolutionaries volunteer Union.
In 1861 seeing the marxist Lincoln trying to force Marxism on Texicans, The Republic of Texas legally voluntarily seceded from the volunteer union they had voluntarily joined.
In 1861 Lincoln killed the American Revolutionaries Volunteer Union and Constitution, replacing it with a Soviet Styled Mandatory Marxist military Dictatorship thinly disguised as a constitutional republic.
In 1871 his Marxist Dictatorship Incorporated.
A Corporation can not be a government, a country, a nation as it is a legal fiction which does not exist in reality.
The American Revolutionaries Volunteer Union the Republic of Texas Voluntarily joined then voluntarily seceded from has not existed since 1861.
The illegally occupied Republic of Texas has not been allowed their own government, courts or military since `1865 so there is no way it could have made any legal binding treaties or contracts with either ‘THE STATE OF TEXAS’ sub corporation of the ‘UNITED STATES CORPORATION’ or with the ‘UNITED STATES CORPORATION’ itself.
