He writes: “She was a trained boxer and I got a shiner. Her engagement
ring crushed my tear duct causing permanent damage. Mary asked me to lie to
my family about the cause of my shiner.” He describes another incident
where he alleges Mrs Kennedy attacked him in front of their 10-year-old son,
Aidan.

Mr Kennedy said that he would sometimes wake in the middle of the night to
find his wife standing over him, beating him. He adds that once he had to
jump out of a second-storey window to escape being attacked by his wife and
says she once attacked him with scissors while he was in the bath.

Mr Kennedy also alleges that Mrs Kennedy stole belongings from the then
nine-year-old Kick, his daughter from his previous marriage, and once
slapped her.

Mr Kennedy’s affidavit also claims that Mrs Kennedy repeatedly threatened
suicide.

Mr Kennedy makes several requests in the affidavit that he asks the judge to
enforce.

He asks the judge to require that Mrs Kennedy must stay sober in the presence
of their children; stop stealing his personal property; stop making
uninvited visits to his home; refrain from following him on business trips;
stop threatening suicide in front of her children and to only communicate
with him via fax, email, text or a special website he has set up.
