A man who was injured in a fight in Frankston in Melbourne’s outer south-east has died in hospital.
Police were called to a house in Ashleigh Avenue on October 1, where they found the 40-year-old unconscious with a head injury.
He died in hospital yesterday afternoon.
Police questioned a 36-year-old man after the fight, but he has been released without charge.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
