A man has been charged with murdering his partner on the NSW Central Coast.
Police found the body of a woman in her 30s at a townhouse in Coolawin Circuit, Narara, just before 10am on Wednesday.
A relative concerned for her welfare had raised the alarm.
Four hours later, a 46-year-old man was arrested at Sydney’s Central railway station in relation to the death.
Police said he was later charged at Surry Hills police station with one count of murder.
The pair were believed to have been in a domestic relationship and police had no record of domestic disturbances at the townhouse.
He was refused bail and is to appear in Central Local Court on Thursday.
