You might think that the best way to eat raspberries is au natural, off of your finger tips a la Amelie. While this might be the cutest way to eat raspberries (though definitely not the most practical), it’s not the best way to eat this summer berry. The optimum way to eat this fruit would be to freeze them with liquid nitrogen.

We know what you’re thinking: why would you want to freeze fresh fruit that you could eat right not, while fresh? For the chance to eat the raspberry druplet by individual druplet, of course. Watch the video above to see how (easily) it’s done.
