It has been raining sheep in Australia after a truck carrying about 400 animals overturned on a highway overpass outside Melbourne. The flock of sheep fell to their deaths on to stunned drivers below, injuring several people.
The truck crashed above the Princes Highway in southern Australia on Thursday night. Several cars were damaged by the falling animals, one of them even flipped several times. One person was hospitalized as a result of the horrific accident.
The animals, which fell from the truck dangerously hanging from the overpass, suffered much more damage than people. Most of the sheep smashed to their deaths and very few are expected to survive.
