FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda WASHINGTON (AP) — The defense attorney in Roger Clemens‘ perjury case says the jury was “firmly convinced” the former pitcher wasn’t lying when he told Congress he didn’t use steroids or human growth hormones.
Rusty Hardin tells CNN that upon interviewing jurors, after they rendered Monday’s verdict acquitting Clemens of all charges, it became clear they didn’t let him off on a technicality. He says the jury was “convinced he did not use performance enhancing drugs at any time in his career.”
Asked whether the trial will hurt Clemens’ chances to join the Baseball Hall of Fame, Hardin said Clemens is more concerned about his reputation among his fans and colleagues. Hardin said, “If he’s judged in history by people in baseball to be a great pitcher, that’s good enough for him.”
