The American Police State has become a monster.
Police across the country are forcing motorists to give them blood and saliva (DNA) and much worse.
The National Highway Safety Administration, the agency that funds “No Refusal” DUI checkpoints and forcible blood draws, is also funding nationwide roadblocks aimed at getting drivers to “voluntarily” provide police with DNA derived from saliva and blood samples.
Presently there are 28 states, that force motorists to give police their DNA regardless of whether they’ve been convicted of a crime.
According to a DHS article titled “Bringing a New Biometric Capability to Verify Families Separated by Crisis“. Law enforcement claims that forcing people to submit their DNA is a public service and will be used to reunite families trust them!
Soon minimally trained police will detain a suspicious person who refuses to identify themselves, hold them for 90 minutes and will know with 95% certainty who they are and who they’re related to!
“This is an extremely valuable tool that allows for officers and responders to inform families about the loss of a loved one or reunite parents and children in real time, while distinguishing from fraudulent claims. The added benefit is that it is fast, requires minimal training, and it can be used in a variety of operational settings” said Miles.
Law enforcement, admits its about identifying people in a mere 90 minutes with 95% accuracy…
“Having the ability to directly upload a profile into the national database from a Rapid DNA system provides laboratories with an excellent option for turning results around quickly,” commented Gray Amick, Ph.D., DNA Technical Leader at Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
Police will be able to identify an arrestee before the booking process is completed…
“The goal of the FBI’s Rapid DNA initiative is to develop commercial instruments capable of producing a CODIS-compatible DNA profile within two hours and to integrate those instruments effectively within the existing CODIS structure to search unsolved crimes while an arrestee is in police custody during the booking process.”
Rapid DNA is so lucrative police departments are hiring DNA technical analysts. Here’s a few examples Gray Amick,Jessica Charak, Sarah Lewis. To find out more about DNA mapping read the GenomeWeb trade magazine.
DHS claims they developed Rapid DNA, but the FBI started Rapid DNA in 2010.
Three private companies NetBio, IntegenX and GE have been making huge profits helping the FBI/DHS creating a worldwide DNA database.
Microsoft is working with NetBio and law enforcement to create a GLOBAL DNA database:
.NET Bio is formerly the Microsoft Biology Foundation. “.NET Bio (formerly Microsoft Biology Foundation [MBF]) is a language-neutral bioinformatics toolkit built as an extension to the Microsoft .NET Framework—initially aimed at the area of Genomics research.”
Also Microsoft provides the computational tools used to create Rapid DNA. Nancy Stainton works for IntegenX and is a senior Microsoft developer.
IntegenX boasts how they’re the “global market leader for Rapid Human DNA identification.”
IntegenX also has a law enforcement program which trains cops on how to use Rapid DNA. Michael Fabozzi a former NYPD detective was a Director of Law Enforcement Programs at IntegenX. Click here to read more about law enforcement’s Rapid DNA program.
IntegenX has a website dedicated to helping police get cash, sorry I meant DHS grants to purchase Rapid DNA! IntegenX also trains cops in grant writing and if police are having trouble writing a grant proposal IntegenX offers them discounted grant writing services!
Police across the country are using a website calledPOLICEGRANTSHELP.COM to get anything they want!

In 2014, Morpho (Safran) partnered with IntegenX to profit off of a GLOBAL DNA database…
“Morpho will partner with IntegenX to market its RapidHIT System to law enforcement and government agencies in select countries around the world.”
IntengenX has already created a DNA database in the UK:
“RapidHIT is a fully automated system that generates DNA profiles from reference samples. It can be used in laboratories, police stations or directly at the crime scene. The RapidHIT System is the first rapid DNA technology to use an FBI-approved chemistry, enabling the upload of DNA profiles to the National DNA Index System (NDIS).”
GE markets their Rapid DNA to police and healthcare providers…
