A learner driver and his passenger have been charged with drink-driving in Sydney’s inner west.
The pair were stopped in a Jeep on Robert Street, Rozelle, at 5.30pm (AEST) on Wednesday.
A 29-year-old male learner driver was breath tested, returning a blood alcohol limit of 0.086.
A 33-year-old woman in the front passenger seat had a positive reading of 0.100, which is double the limit for full licence holders.
Both had their licences suspended and will appear in Balmain Local Court on 30 May 2012.
A P-plate driver was also arrested at Sutherland, in Sydney’s south, on Wednesday night.
The 20-year-old man from Kirrawee was stopped about 10.30pm, and subsequently returned a high range reading of 0.185.
He was conditionally bailed to appear at Sutherland Local Court on May 17.
