(Scroll down for video) Several Ultra-Orthodox Jewish men have released a Christmas video, wishing everyone a happy holiday.
The men, who run the production company ‘On Time Studios’ have made many short videos as a form of advertisement for their production company.
Until now though all of their videos were geared towards the Ultra-Orthodox Jewish community. Many of their videos were recorded in Yiddish, which is the first language of many Ultra-Orthodox Jewish people in the New York area.
This video is different. It is geared towards non Jews who celebrate Christmas. The men are now looking to work with the non-Jewish community.
Alexander Hunt, plays the non-Jewish neighbor wearing a Santa hat and he gives the two Ultra-Orthodox Jewish men a Christmas candy cane. He is shown putting up his Christmas tree and decorations.
At the end of the video they wish everyone a happy holidays. “To each his own Happy Holidays,” they wrote. The release comes just in time for Christmas, but a little late for the Jewish holiday of Chanukah. It is interesting to note that nowhere in the video did they display a menorah for the Jewish holiday of Chanukah, which is also in December.
Hunt, is the studio manager at ‘On Time Studios’. “His extensive knowledge and experience
guarantees that your project gets done on time and in budget,” their website states.
The two Ultra-Orthodox Jewish men in the video are the director and editor at ‘On Time Studios’.
Mendy Leonorovitz who is the director at ‘On Time Studios’, lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife and 3 children.
Ari Abramovitz, is the editor at ‘On Time Studios’. He lives in the Borough park section of Brooklyn, New York, with his wife and 2 children.
