Six-year-old Shachar at the kotel
(Scroll down for video) An adorable and energetic 6-year-old boy named Shachar is living with bone cancer. Shachar’s dream was to record his own song in a recording studio. In the video below you will see that his dream came true.
At the recording studio Shachar was accompanied by friends, some of which are also cancer patients and sang in the video with him.
They chose the Hebrew song that contains a powerful and timely message: “How good will be the New Year.” The song is about the simple dreams that people have,
to be together with family and appreciate the little things in life.
6-year-old Shachar and many of his friends are in fighting cancer. It is a battle of life and death and they do not give up. We can learn so much from them, their optimism, courage and hope are so inspiring. May they all have a speedy recovery and may we all have a healthy, happy and prosperous new year.
