Jewish graves were destroyed again in Tunisia, with a surge in anti-Jewish incidents since the Arab Spring revolution in that country, according to press reports in Tunisia.
A Tunisian news channel reported on Sunday that unknown vandals entered the Jewish cemetery in the western part of the country and severely desecrated the graves sometime over the weekend.
The damage left behind included ten overturned headstones and smashed tombs. Yves Kimchi, who is a local Jewish lawyer, said that human bones were found outside of their graves.
It is the second such incident this month. Police are investigating. Since the Arab Spring revolution in Tunisia, Jews have faced a surge in attacks after radical Muslim elements swept to power.
