When asked if she’s finished the screenplay for “City of Ashes,” she replied, “A while ago but writing is rewriting. Now I’m doing the director’s draft, which includes his vision and visuals for the movie.”
Paquette also addressed a question regarding Raphael Santiago, a character in which Cassandra Clare recently confirmed would be in the sequel. When asked if Raphael would have cool scenes in “City of Ashes” Paquette tweeted, “I certainly hope so. But you never know until the final cut of the movie is done. Lots of things come into play.”
