‘Iranian diplomats watched in Turkey’

The report quoted an Iranian diplomat, who refused to disclose his name, as saying that computers and cellphones of five Iranian diplomats have been stolen from their homes.

Many of Iranian diplomats are being constantly followed by unknown people, the unnamed Iranian diplomat added.
“The houses of Iranian diplomats are being watched 24/7 and hidden cameras have been set around their homes,” the unnamed source said.

The report noted that the Iranian governmental delegations visiting Turkey are also being watched and followed.

“Even the agency providing accommodations for these delegations and guests are harassed by unknown men and the head of the agency has been beaten,” the Iranian diplomat added.

“Since then, hotels and travel agencies are not willing to work with us,” the report quoted the diplomat as saying.
