Indian High Court Orders Bill Gates to Respond to Vaccine Death Lawsuit

As the Biden administration signs onto a G20 plan, in tandem with the Bill Gates-controlled World Health Organization (WHO), to implement digital vaccine passport/IDs, a High Court in India has ordered Gates, and the government of India to respond to a lawsuit filed by the family of a 32-year-old doctor who died after being mandated for job purposes to take a COVID vaccine which WHO lists as “safe and effective.“

Severe global pandemics historically have been separated by decades. Now they seem to be expected every few years, leaving further encroachments on freedoms in their wake.

According to ChildrensHealthDefense.org, founded by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., nephew of the slain president, a lawyer representing Gates reportedly appeared before the High Court to accept the notice.

By April 2021, 18 countries had suspended the Astrazeneca Covishield drug over concerns about bloodclots. Nevertheless, the WHO website in late 2022 still recommends the shot as “safe and effective.”

The family faults the top vaccination official for the Indian government, Dr VG Somani, Drug Controller General, for assurances that the COVID vaccines were “110% safe.”

All of the COVID vaccines are unprecedented for bypassing the normal one to three years of animal safety trials which are typical before a new drug ever enters a human, in human clinical trials. The average time for bringing any new drug or vaccine to general use is 10 years.

Dr. Somani said, according to the New Indian Express:

“We will never approve anything if there is even the slightest safety concern. The vaccines are 110 per cent safe.”

“An Indian court ordered Bill Gates, the Indian government and the Serum Institute of India — the world’s largest vaccine manufacturer — to provide formal responses relating to a case filed by the father of a woman who died after receiving AstraZeneca’s Covishield COVID-19 vaccine.”

The lawsuit cites an Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare report which puts the blame for the victim’s death on the vaccine.

Gates is named in the lawsuit, along with the manufacturer of the vaccine Serum Institute, a privately held company, as a “partner” who invested a total of $300 million for the manufacture and distribution of Astrazeneca’s Covishield, through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Strategic Investment Fund. Serum Institute is owned by the Indian Poonawalla family. In July of 2020 Adar Poonawalla, the 40-year-old CEO, tweeted to Kayne West, a critic of the COVID vaccine programs:

“@KanyeWest, your views on #vaccines come across as irresponsible and borderline dangerous, considering the influence you have today and may have in the future; vaccines save lives,”

Gates’ history in India is highly controversial, as his vaccine projects have been accused of using the children of the poorest of the poor in developing countries as “guinea pigs” for what would become profitable products such as Gardasil. Internet “fact checkers” such as Snopes, some of which indirectly receive Gates funding through foundations such as the Poynter Institute, often cite, as a rebuttal, the fact that an Indian investigation found no link between thousands of injured and seven dead young Indian girls given Gardasil. However, an in-depth investigation by the Economic Times of India in 2010 wrote that when an international NGO specializing in women’s health, SAMA, followed up on the Indian report, interviewing the families:

“it was disturbed to find that “all the seven deaths were summarily dismissed as unrelated to vaccinations without in-depth investigations.”

Gates’ experimentation in the Third World – it can be called only that – extends to other parts of India and Africa. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of Children’s Health Defense wrote in April of 2020, in a devastating indictment of Gates:

“Indian doctors blame the Gates campaign for a devastating non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP) epidemic that paralyzed 490,000 children beyond expected rates between 2000 and 2017. In 2017, the Indian government dialed back Gates’ vaccine regimen and asked Gates and his vaccine policies to leave India. NPAFP rates dropped precipitously.”

Nelson Mandela’s former senior economist, Professor Patrick Bond, describes Gates’ philanthropic practices as “ruthless and immoral.”

It is difficult to be a defender of Bill Gates. Even Snopes in its “debunk” of “conspiracy theories” must admit to Gates’ projects “few ethical lapses,” such as using thousands of thumprints as “consent” signatures for shots from illiterate families, who could not even read a consent form nevermind understand it.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, in combination with the Gates-controlled GAVI Alliance, matches or exceeds the US yearly contribution to WHO.

Despite an accelerating stream of bad news about the rushed COVID vaccines, which CDC Director Rochelle Walensky admits do not prevent transmission or infection by the 99.8% recovery rate virus, similar to flu, WHO, which for all intents and purposes represents the will of Bill Gates, and the G20 forum is moving full speed ahead on universal digital “vaccine passports” integrated with a cashless financial system and social credit scores.

In August 2021 Walensky said “what they can’t do anymore is prevent transmission.”

This struck at the heart of the entire legal basis for vaccine mandates and passports, the “grandma killer” argument that the vaccines were a communal obligation. Rachel Maddow did a hard sell March of 2021: “The virus stops with every vaccinated person…It cannot use a vaccinated person as a host to get more people.”

Then on “Face the Nation” on August 1, 2021 Anthony Fauci upped the stakes and hung illness and death squarely on the necks of those who chose not to entrust their bodies to the tender mercies of a company with no track record, Moderna, or one with a bad one, Pfizer, which already held the worst record in the industry for fines and settlements for drug safety violations.

Fauci said “they are the ones that are propagating this outbreak,” setting American against American and brother against brother. The trouble was, it was all a lie, and he knew it.

This became clear when European Parliament member MEP Rob Roos asked Pfizer president of international developed markets, Janine Small, in a hearing on October 11, 2022:

“Was the Pfizer Covid vaccine tested on stopping the transmission of the virus before it entered the market?”

Small’s answer was “No.”

Clearly somewhat shaken, MEP Roos later said “This removes the entire legal basis for the COVID passport.”

A brief glance at the Internet headlines today might bring:

Given that the news on vaccines is universally bad and getting worse, with scientists with alarmingly sterling credentials even saying the entire COVID vaccine rollout shows signs of an experiment in medical mass murder, why are the vaccines and their attendant digital passports still pushed no matter how many big lies governments, major media, medical establishment, and other elites are caught in?

The glossy reports and beautiful websites, like the World Economic Forum’s, which announce this “Great Reset” are full of words like “inclusion” and “sustainable.” The reality is a gray, dystopian future of total control of those masses who do not travel about on private jets.

In March and April of 2020, just before societally shocking “lockdowns” were announced, Bill Gates directly funded the British professor who created the “lockdown” theory, which was seized upon by governments worldwide to justify vastly expanded powers over individuals in the name of public health.

The “COVID crisis” exploited the normal split between people who manage to think clearly under fire and make decisions for themselves, and those who immediately look to authority to guide them to safe harbor.

In the words of even Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and staunch advocate of giving COVID vaccines to “the whole world,” COVID is a “mild” disease and “one of the least deadly pandemics the world has experienced over the last 2000 years.” This is in full accord with the estimate by Stanford epidemiologist Dr. John Ioannadis, that COVID is largely an end-of-lifespan, overall 99.8% recovery rate disease similar to flu, which is 99.9%.

Nevertheless, it seemed to serve Schwab’s purpose of pushing vaccination, and vaccine passports, for “the whole world.” to be eventually tied into a China-style total surveillance, control, and “social credit score” system.

The Ferguson paper came to be known simply as “Report 9.” It was never peer reviewed, or even published scientifically.

Gates is also the founder and a major funder of the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, which turned out a study used by Anthony Fauci in December of 2020 to say that, if only everyone in the nation wore masks consistently, 130,000 lives could be saved.

Another of many Gates-funded studies, the WHO Solidarity Trial, concluded that the promising malaria medicine hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) was not effective against COVID and had serious side effects. But a group of Indian doctors objected when they saw that the patients in the trial were being given mega-doses of HCQ, ensuring flawed results.

Gates is the single biggest private donor to WHO, with his donation rivaling that of the US government and giving him the power to steer the policy direction of the organization. [Update: At the G20 Summit in November 2022, a health minister called for an international vaccination status “passport,” designed by WHO, which would prevent people refusing government vaccination “recommendations” from travel.]

Gates money is also behind many of the “fact-checkers” which squash qualified medical, dissenting opinion. One of the most well-known “fact-check” websites, PolitiFact.com, which heavily counters unflattering “conspiracy theories” concerning Bill Gates, is funded by the Poynter Institute, to which Bill Gates has donated.

Gates Pays for the “Lockdown” Theory

In March and April of 2020 Gates gave nearly $8 million to Imperial College statistician Neil Ferguson,who then forecast over 2.2 million dead in 2020 in the US if it did not implement “mitigation,” close and control businesses, and human interaction (social distancing.)

The germ of the lockdown theory is that unregulated contact between humans is now toxic and dangerous. Lockdowns have become the hammer with which to force people to submit to the mRNA spike protein injections commonly referred to as COVID “vaccines.”

It was Gates who said there could be “no normal” until “the entire world population” submitted to mRNA injections, which would then require proof in the form of some sort of global database of human beings. It was Gates, who said “you don’t get a choice” when it comes to vaccination, and wants all non-elites to carry, or be embedded with, digital ID, which can be connected to a global transaction system which will phase out cash, and also privacy.

Neil Ferguson has come to be known in science circles as “Professor Lockdown” and “Master of Disaster.”

Gates has also given tens of millions of dollars, separately, to Imperial College over the years.

Gates’ Chrystal Ball

A long-suppressed documentary on Bill Gates shows Gates last year predicting an even worse pandemic than COVID-19. Gates says the next one “will get attention,” and presumably require stronger vaccination policies.

To date the Pfizer, Moderna mRNA products have over 30,000 “early warning” system deaths reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS.) Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, one of the most scientifically published cardiologists in the world, has pointed out that the COVID vaccines already met the criteria established by the Bradford Hill Tenets, which is how scientists decide whether to pull a vaccine from the market or not.

Gates is neither a scientist, doctor, nor even a college graduate. But he is the third richest man in the world, with close ties to Anthony Fauci (who he tapped for his “Decade of Vaccines” in 2010.) Gates was, until recently, friends with master blackmail artist Jeffrey Epstein, which he lied about. According to former US labor secretary Alex Acosta, Epstein “belonged” to US intelligence.

In the documentary, Gates makes the remark about the next pandemic with a bizarre smirk, as his wife smiles with unseemly glee. The documentary delves into Gates’ investments in polluting corporations, such as Monsanto, which belie his concern for the world’s health. Gates has a close relationship with Hillary Clinton, once was viewed as her possible vice president, and is a top donor to the Clinton Foundation.

Former Pfizer Chief Science Officer: No Vaccine Was Needed for COVID

For what is now known as a 99.8% survival rate virus, the death toll for which researchers in one state found may be inflated by as much as 40%, many doctors and scientists question the need for hastily developed vaccines, for a type of virus for which vaccine development has been beset with problems. Former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer for 16 years, Dr. Mike Yeadon, says:

“There is absolutely no need for vaccines to extinguish the pandemic. I’ve never heard such nonsense talked about vaccines.”

“You do not vaccinate people who aren’t at risk from a disease. You also don’t set about planning to vaccinate millions of fit and healthy people with a vaccine that hasn’t been extensively tested on human subjects,”

Nevertheless the media, which is owned and controlled by the tiniest fraction of humanity representing the wealthiest people on the planet, blares a non-stop message making freedom now a permanently controlled commodity, to be doled out according to daily “case” reports. Soon children will be coming of age who do not remember anything about “two weeks to flatten the curve,” but only daily exhortations to obey “health” mandates.

As Australian police patrolled neighborhoods and streets for people disobedient to the “health” dictates of the day, in what seemed to be a sign of things to come, billionaires and their hirelings in government partied without masks, unconcerned by airline rules as they hopped about on private jets.

Governors Didn’t Flatten the Curve, They Spiked it

In March and April of 2020, the US pandemic was greatly assisted by the actions of some governors, such as Andrew Cuomo, by throwing COVID patients into nursing homes.

The calls to “flatten the curve” in the Spring of 2020 were an appeal to society to bear temporary inconvenience, so that health facilities would not be overwhelmed.

However, rather than “flattening the curve,” key governors were doing anything but, and were in fact “spiking the curve.” NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo, MI Gov. Whitmer, and NJ Gov. Phil Murphy, and PA Gov. Tom Wolf all, at key moments, ensured COVID deaths would skyrocket, by sending COVID patients into nursing homes.

The COVID crisis in late March and early April was largely a New York City crisis. Coincidentally, on the same day, on March 25th, Bloomberg reported that New York City had bought 45 refrigerated trucks in anticipation of a surge of deaths.

Two weeks later, the NY Post reported the news that shocked the nation, of COVID deaths in NYC so high that the city was forced to use refrigerator trucks to manage the overflow of bodies.

Former Chair of Council of Europe Health Committee Says COVID Vaccines “Kill People Intentionally.” Removes Shield from Liability

A doctor and former chairman of the Council of Europe Health Committee, Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, a former Chief Science Officer (CSO) and Vice President for Pfizer, Dr. Mike Yeadon, and other doctors and scientists say that CDC death and adverse event data for the Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J COVID injections shows that about 5% of the batches are associated with 90% of the deaths, and are up to 5,000 % more lethal than all the other batches. They agree that extremely strict and precise quality control processes which are standard in the industry make it impossible that this is not deliberate. Study Concludes Beyond a Reasonable Doubt that SARS-CoV-2 Came from a Laboratory

This January 2021, to a media black-out, Harvard-MIT doctor and scientist Dr. Steven Quay published a paper concluding “beyond a reasonable doubt” that COVID was man-made and created in a Chinese lab. (See: Why Did Fauci Give Funds to the People’s Liberation Army?)

COVID in Context

About 3 million Americans die every year of all causes. Despite fear-mongering headlines that more Americans died last year than ever in history, a moment’s thought shows this a statistical truism: The US population is bigger than ever before, so deaths will be also. More people died because there are more people. Why would the media be engaged in such transparent and unjustified fear-mongering?

At the end of 2020, COVID death numbers, once the vast inflation is accounted for, were nowhere near Spanish Flu numbers in per capita terms, but similar to the 1957 Asian Flu or the 1968 Hong Kong Flu pandemics. In these pandemics there was no hint of anything like lockdowns or mask-wearing. Yet COVID in the media was constantly compared to the Spanish Flu.

Many excess deaths in 2020 are due to the effects of lockdowns, which include deferred critical care, and “deaths of despair” such as suicides and drug overdoses.

Lying About Life-Saving Remedies

Dr. Harvey Risch, of the Yale School of Public Medicine, has long held that judicious use of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ,) within precise protocols, could have saved “75,000 to 100,000 Lives” in 2020 alone (HCQ studies)

Rather than encourage doctors to make their own judgments based on the extensive science on HCQ, the FDA latched onto a flawed study which found HCQ as a cause of arrhythmia in COVID patients, to dissuade the use of the drug. The study was conducted by administering many times the recommended dose Plaquenil (HCQ), as much as 1200 mg a day, for 10 days. This would make 12,000 mg over 10 days.

The upper-end dose is, according to directions:

“Adults: 800 mg followed by 400 mg at 6 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after the initial dose.”

Thus the directions recommend no more than a total of 2,000 mg over 5 days.

Gates Documentary Revives Questions

Despite a carefully crafted image that Gates is a late-life billionaire who is now giving away his fortune, Gates’ net worth has been steadily climbing as his giving has increased.

The recovered documentary on Gates revisits interviews of doctors, scientists, health officials, and politicians who describe Gates Foundation’s buried history in India and Africa, which, according to the interviewees and investigative commissions, used illiterate, poverty-stricken children as guinea pigs for untested vaccines.

As well, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. carefully documents Gates’ crimes in India and Africa in “Gates’ Globalist Vaccine Agenda: A Win-Win for Pharma and Mandatory Vaccination.”

In India, a committee of investigation found that thousands of girls, whose families were illiterate, were maimed by Gates’ vaccine trials.

The respected India Economic Times reports:

“The committee found that…In many other cases, thumbprint impressions of their poor and illiterate parents were duly affixed onto the consent form. The children also had no idea about the nature of the disease or the vaccine.”

Yale’s Dr. Risch Takes Aim at Gates Crony Fauci

Dr. Risch has heavily criticized Dr. Anthony Fauci for working in the past to withhold cheap and effective remedies for AIDS, until more profitable drugs were developed.

On Fox News on August 23, 2020 on the Mark Levin show, Dr. Risch said:

“The FDA … has a history of not making science-based, rational-based, decisions about its approvals.

This was started most noticeably in 1987, when people with AIDS in New York City were dying of what is called pneumocystis pneumonia, PCP.

The clinical experience then had been amassed of a large number of cases who were prevented from dying by use of the antibiotic bacterium.

This is (another case where) even then there was a generic medication and cheap.

And activists obtained a meeting with Dr. Fauci and 15 of his selected scientists at the NIH, and asked Dr. Fauci just to make guidelines to physicians that they consider using bactrim to treat preventively AIDS people so that they wouldn’t die of this pneumonia.

Dr. Fauci refused.

He said, ‘I want randomized controlled blinded trial evidence. That’s my gold standard – that or nothing.’

The activists left and the NIH did not fund any randomized trials. They raised money themselves from their own AIDS patients to collect the data to do a randomized trial.

But it took them 2 years. They came back to Dr. Fauci.

During those 2 years, the FDA approved AZT as a treatment for AIDS.

AZT works, but not completely, it needs other medications as well.

During the two years that it took them to get this data to come back to Dr. Fauci to support using bactrim, 17,000 people with AIDS died because of Dr. Fauci’s insistence on not allowing even a statement supporting consideration of the use.

The Criminal Case

Although there are certainly even more connections between the onset of the US pandemic, how it was handled by government led by Fauci, the connections outlined above already constitute what to any prosecutor would be a solid criminal case.

What are the odds that the author of “lockdowns,” Prof. Neil Ferguson, would be funded by Gates just as the pandemic emerged? Would the US pandemic have had anywhere near its rapid growth and severity had governors not intervened with “super-spreader” policies? How would Cuomo know that refrigerator trucks would be needed, two weeks in advance, just in time for the images which shocked the nation into compliance?

What did Gates mean when he said the next pandemic “WILL” get attention, as if this were only a dress rehearsal? Why did Fauci lie, and lead the medical establishment into doing so as well, about the life-saving properties of HCQ and Ivermectin, which probably would have slashed death tolls to a bad flu season?

Why was Fauci, years ago, willing to take the political risk of defying an Obama ban and going ahead with gain-of-function research funds, to the bio-weapons arm of the People’s Liberation Army?

But perhaps no more glaring proof is necessary that US government mandates have nothing to do with health than the long-term wearing of masks, which are known to cause lung-damage, due to containing the nano-material graphene. These have been banned in Canada.

Klaus Schwab, founder of the billionaire think-tank the World Economic Forum wrote in his 2017 book “The Fourth Industrial Revolution”:

“Any package, pallet or container can now be equipped with a sensor, transmitter or radio frequency identification (RFID) tag that allows a company to track where it is as it moves through the supply chain—how it is performing, how it is being used, and so on….In the near future, similar monitoring systems will also be applied to the movement and tracking of people.”
