FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda The 20 year-old-mosque, one of the oldest in Catalonia, regularly has 1,500 people attending Friday prayers. The town of 200,000 residents has one of the highest concentration of Muslims in the region.
The case echoes that of another imam in the southern Spanish city of Fuengirola, who in 2004 was jailed after publishing a handbook instructing Muslim men how to control their spouses.
Muhammad Kamal Mustafa received a 15-month prison sentence and a 2,160 euros fine for inciting Muslim men to physically abuse their wives in his pamphlet “Women in Islam”.
In it he wrote: “The blows should be concentrated on the hands and feet using a rod that is thin and light so that it does not leave scars or bruises on the body.”
