SHANA – The CEO of the Iranian Gas Commercial Company (IGCC) said his company, as the sole exporter of gas products in Iran, is currently seeking new markets for exporting liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
According to the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), Mohammad Ali Barati told an LPG conference here in Tehran on Tuesday that the market for petroleum products, gas and petrochemicals is a favorable one, adding that by March 2017 (end of the Iranian calendar year of 1396), IGCC exported LPG South Pars phases 4 and 5 form the South Pars Gas Complex along the LPG produced by Fajr Jam, Sarkhoun and Qeshm refineries.
Iranian Gas Commercial Company (IGCC) private joint stocks, officially registered under No.149229, whose shares totally belong to National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) and its subsidiary company, was organized on Jan. 21,2008 in order to achieve the comprehensive objectives and policies of the industries pertaining to energy, especially oil, gas and petrochemical industries for execution of vital and important projects regarding excavation, production, refining, transmission and distribution of energy and its products to different sectors including homes, industries, power plants, export, and also substitution of other energy carriers by clean and cheap energies, and for the purpose of implementing the following detailed activities:
- Commercial activities including marketing, purchase, sale, import, export, and brokering of goods, equipment, and hydrocarbon derivatives such as natural gas (NG) liquid petroleum gas (LPG), liquid natural gas ( LNG), liquids, condensate, sulfur, and other refinery products.
- Carrying out good’s services activities including storage, customs formalities and other related tasks.
- Offering technical and expertise services, good’s technical inspection, goods updating and sorting, providing goods procurement- resources bank and other relevant services.
