Hutcheson, 63, was fired from Ramsay’s restaurant chain Gordon Ramsay
Holdings, after the celebrity chef discovered he had led a secret double
life and raised a second family. He was also accused of withdrawing £1.42
million from Ramsay’s company to help fund his second life.
Hutcheson had been chief executive at the company for 12 years.
Ramsay won the court battle in December after it was revealed that his
father-in-law had illegally hacked in to his personal computers.
