Daily Mail – GlaxoSmithKline expressed regret today for ‘unacceptable’ mistakes which led to a £1.9billion fine to settle a healthcare fraud case in the U.S. Chief executive Sir Andrew Witty said he was ‘very sorry’ for the group’s actions as he revealed a decline in quarterly sales and profits and another £500million of cost cuts.
