David Schulberg The US sends a delegation from Kosovo to Turkey to train so called “Syrians” in creating a civil society organisation.

A delegation from Kosovo is presently in Turkey to train the Syrian Opposition the skills needed to start their own Civil Society NGO which will be used to spread the word that they are speaking on behalf of the Syrian people.
The delegation made up of Americans and Kosovars is calling itself Public International Law & Policy Group (PILPG) and have been sent to Turkey to do the training by the US.
At the same time that British troops in Turkey training 5,000 more terrorists, we have this group training, groups for propaganda.
One of the group Nora Ahmetaj is the director of Centre for Research, Documentation and Publication | CRDP in Prishtina and a close friend of the US Ambassador to the UN, Samantha Power.
There is only one reason that the US would send this group to Turkey and it is not good. So when you hear of any news coming from the Syrian Civil Society, you will know it is just US propaganda.
