PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Gas prices in Rhode Island have fallen another four cents, marking the 11th straight week of decline.
AAA Southern New England said Monday the average cost of a gallon of regular gas is $3.47, down from $3.51 last week.
The price locally has dropped 50 cents since mid-April. But the current price is still 15 cents above the national average of $3.32.
AAA says Rhode Islanders paid an average of $3.70 at this time last year.
