CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — Gas prices in West Virginia are down nearly 6 cents per gallon over the past week.
AAA East Central says the average price for a gallon of regular, unleaded gasoline in the state is $3.71. That’s about 2 cents lower than the national average.
Prices range from $3.60 in Parkersburg to $3.83 in Charleston.
A year ago, gas prices averaged $4.07 in the state.
