A Celebration for the Eyes will be held at the Nicolas Flamel Gallery, showcasing 40 cartoons, 6 postal cards and 2 posters on the theme of France or Paris.
Derambakhsh’s previous exhibition was warmly welcomed in Paris and many of his displayed works were sold, Mehr News Agency reported.
Born in 1942, Derambakhsh is a veteran cartoonist, graphic designer and illustrator whose works are housed at many Iranian and international art centers and museums such as the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Arts, Basel Museum of Caricatures, Hiroshima Museum of Japan, Anti-War Museum of Yugoslavia, Istanbul Museum of Cartoons, Warsaw Museum of Caricatures and Frankfurt Municipality Hall.
He has written and compiled a number of books, including Without Words published in Iran and Kambiz published in Italy.
