Three men and a woman have been pulled from a sinking boat in Port Phillip Bay off Newport.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesman says two people were treated at the scene while two others were taken to the Western Hospital in Footscray suffering mild hypothermia.
He says the incident happened around 7.10pm (AEST) on Sunday night and the four were not in the water long.
Police said their 5.2 metre boat hit a submerged rock off the Newport Power station and started sinking.
They were rescued by a passing boat.
