Detectives have charged three men and a woman following an investigation into a 2007 fire that destroyed a block of units at Deception Bay north of Brisbane.
A Lipscombe Road unit block was still under construction when it was destroyed on August 1 of that year.
A 35-year-old Burpengary man, a 34-year-old Margate man and a 32-year-old Kingaroy man were charged this week with arson, attempted arson and enter premises with intent.
A 32-year-old Margate woman was charged with accessory after the fact in relation to the arson.
They are all due to appear at Redcliffe Magistrates Court on May 14.
