This roasted garlic and an oily paste – tahini spread is your perfect snack to serve.
Serve this mixture with flax crackers or crudités

Ingredients for fighting cancer snack:
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 shallot
– 1 ½ cups of tahini
– ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
– ½ cup fresh and chopped parsley
– 2 tablespoons fresh and chopped thyme
– 2 teaspoons sea salt
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Preparation of fighting cancer snack:
Pilled garlic slice on thin pieces, put garlic, shallots and extra virgin olive oil in a medium sauté pan and warm all together to infuse the oil.
Take out mixture after 5-6 minutes, stir in thyme and rosemary and put aside to cool down.
Add tahini in a medium mixing bowl together with the remaining ingredients and garlic – oil mixture.
Stir all together to combine.
Serve this fighting cancer mixture with flax crackers or sliced vegetables.
It`s the best to serve at a room temperature.
You can store the fighting cancer snack in an airtight container, but it shouldn`t stay longer than one week.
All of this you can make for about 30 minutes and fighting cancer snack is enough to serve 12 times.
