Facebook Inc. is planning to start pitching its stock to investors on Monday, and may set its initial public offering for May 18, the Wall Street Journal reports, citing “people familiar with the matter”.
It said Facebook Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg appear in some stops on the roadshow. If it goes smoothly, Facebook will set final pricing for the deal the day before. News media have been speculating for months about when Facebook would hold its IPO, which could raise as much as $10 billion.
