Eurozone leaders admit flaw in Maastricht treaty

A little over 10 years ago, a dream of integration was birthed in a whole new way… The Euro was launched with fanfare… Its leaders pushed that it was the way forward. But it was also met with skepticism and it appears, with good cause a decade later. Europe is under immense pressure.
