According to IRNA, citing AFP, the sanctions which may be revoked include sanctions on insurance and transportation of Iran oil consignments, which the European Union set in 2012, halving Iran’s oil sales.
The European Union had forbidden transaction of gold, precious metals, and petrochemical products with Iran, which was later annulled based on the Geneva agreement.
