Egypt: Protesters vent anger after Hosni Mubarak’s sons are acquitted

“The ruling is invalid. When the ousted president is sentenced to life
imprisonment when he’s 86 years old, this is unimportant. And when his
interior Minister, Habib El-Adly, is sentenced to life imprisonment when
he’s 76, this is also unimportant.

“But when his children are acquitted, this means that there are hidden players
in the verdict and the country once more.

“This is the system that the people revolted against and now, none of the
demands were met,” said Amer Ahmed Saad, a lawyer.
