Katy Whelan, the Health Reporter for The Common Sense Show.

Hi my name is Jennifer Cic and I am trying to help my friend Katy raise money for her to pursue a natural course of therapies to kick breast cancer. As you know Katy is a huge proponent of allowing the perfect body God gave us, to ward off any and all disease by feeding the body all the good things to boost the immune system. Katy has made the decision to take this journey using holistic methods as much as possible and when necessary, to use modern procedures.

Thank you Jennifer and thank you to all my friends, family and listeners to the Common Sense Health Report for your love and support in this new challenge. On Dec. 30 I was officially diagnosed with malignant breast cancer. If you have listened to the show you know how strongly I believe in allowing the human body to utilize and maximize its full innate potential for healing and I am on an amazing journey. It is always prudent to use the safest and healthiest ways to heal the human body and turning to God’s tools is my first choice and integrating both traditional methods and tools along with some modern tools is the most well rounded approach. My goal is to share my discoveries with millions of people who are, or may find themselves in, a similar situation. I feel so blessed that God has allowed me this opportunity to explore -His- natural modalities to get the job done and my hope is that everyone following this journey with me, will learn this is NOT a death sentence. It is merely a challenge that will bring me/us closer to His power, love and grace.
Much of what I am pursuing is not covered by insurance and THAT is going to be part of my discovery as to why and how we can change that. In the meantime I plan to use this time and your generous support to the best of my abilities in educating as many people as possible on what I have found.
