“She [Lea Michele] is absolutely hysterical and completely inconsolable. She is devastated beyond belief,” a source close to the actress told Hollywood Life.
Cory Monteith and his girlfriend Lea Michele began dating in 2011. Their relationship blossomed quickly and people really loved seeing them together. They always spoke so highly of one another and it is clear that their love was strong. No one can imagine just how hard this is for Lea especially when you know how she felt about Cory.
“No one knows me better than Cory. No one knows what it’s been like to go through this more than he does. Feeling like you have that net underneath you allows you to jump higher and go farther. He makes me feel like I can do anything. For the first time in my life, I feel really, really settled and happy. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world,” Lea told “Marie Claire” back in January (via Hollywood Life).
Cory Monteith’s girlfriend Lea Michele was one of the closest people to him. His death might be the hardest on her.
