Congress Allows National Parks to Ban Cash, as Prep for CBDC China Social Control System, Vaccine Mandates

What better place to get people used to the idea that cash is obsolete, and soon there will be no cash? You will have a central bank-issued digital ID that links to your “money,” which is really a system of debits and credits run by the Federal Reserve. This is CBDC, Central Bank Digital Currency.

The beauty of a cashless CBDC society for the governments is those in power can limit or shut down your credits if say, you are using too much gas, or buying too much real meat, or traveling too far away from your house. Or not getting your proper booster shots or delivering up your kids for them. The bet is you will comply when you get hungry enough.

People protesting government policies in any way will summarily have their accounts frozen. In 2022 Justin Trudeau’s Canadian government froze the bank accounts of the truckers convoy which was protesting COVID vaccine mandates, and the accounts of anyone supporting them with donations. In a cashless society, employing Central Bank Digital Currency – CBDC – such attacks would be far easier, just the flip of a switch at a central bank’s social monitoring apparatus, rather than the legal process that Trudeau had to navigate.

In fact if you do not deliver your children up for “vaccination,” you are an unfit parent. They’ll take those kids right away from you and hand them over to the pedophile elite. We all know what they are. Look at the bashing Sound of Freedom took in the media just for wanting to rescue children.

The Cost of Going Cashless at U.S. National Parks As Many Switch to Plastic-Only

“A growing number of sites operated by the U.S. National Park Service no longer accept cash for entrance fees or other services.

So far in 2023, Badlands National Park in South Dakota, Crater Lake National Park in Oregon, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Michigan, among others, have all transitioned to fee systems that only allow credit card, debit card, and mobile payments. Washington State’s Mount Rainier National Park and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park are set to follow suit in May, succeeded by Colorado’s Rocky Mountain National Park and California’s Death Valley National Park in June.

Those places join at least 20 more U.S. federal lands that won’t take your U.S. federal currency, including Wyoming’s Devils Tower National Monument, FDR’s former home in Upstate New York, the Wright Brothers National Memorial in North Carolina, and the Chaco Culture pueblos in New Mexico.

From sea to shining sea, you’d better have a credit card, prepaid pass, or smartphone equipped with a mobile payment app if you want access to those important sites of natural beauty, historical interest, outdoor recreation, and family-road-trip fodder.

The National Park Service describes going cashless as a way of improving efficiency, saving money, and tightening security. Opponents counter that an ongoing “war on cash” in various kinds of transactions imperils privacy, limits access, and puts us all at the mercy of unholy technical glitches.”

As alarming, banks are shutting down branches and ATMs at breakneck speed. In the US over 19,000 ATMs have been shut down in the last few years, making cash harder to get.

The determination of governments to use the financial system as a weapon was also on display when COVID vaccine opponent Dr. Joseph Mercola, who sometimes prescribes vitamins to address deficiencies which may be causing disease before prescribing pharmaceutical drugs, had all his bank accounts closed in July 2023.

Cashless society CBDC as a global system is being pushed hard by Klaus Schwab who founded the World Economic Forum (WEF), a private club of billionaires and the world’s most powerful people, who come together each year to plot the direction of humanity as they would like to see it.

Schwab wrote in his 2017 book “The Fourth Industrial Revolution”:

“Any package, pallet or container can now be equipped with a sensor, transmitter or radio frequency identification (RFID) tag that allows a company to track where it is as it moves through the supply chain—how it is performing, how it is being used….In the near future, similar monitoring systems will also be applied to the movement and tracking of people.”

So catastrophic to individual rights and liberties would a cashless society be, that even a Federal Reserve regional bank president, Neel Kashkari, has sounded the warning. Kashkari. president of the Minneapolis Fed, cautioned that a cashless, CBDC society would allow the federal government to “monitor every one of your transactions.  I get why China would be interested. Why would the American people be for that?”

A column in mainstream Newsweek, “CBDCs Will Be the End of American Freedom” says:

CBDCs would create an authoritarian surveillance state…

Dire warnings against allowing the Federal Reserve to issue digital credits replacing money can be heard across the political spectrum, from figures ranging from Tulsi Gabbard to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to Tucker Carlson to Glenn Beck to Ron Paul.

Former US Congressman Justin Amash recently called Federal Reserve “money” “one of the most dangerous developments in history.”

It is widely speculated that some sort of financial crisis driven by perhaps a cyberattack on financial infrastructure would used as the pretext for mass roll-out of the centralized, cashless system.

Action by Congress Against CBDC in Motion but Slow

In Congress some are aware of the threat posed by a cashless, CBDC society, and are working to thwart it.

Financial Regulation News reports on Sept. 22, 2023:

“The House Financial Services Committee recently passed a bill that prevents the Federal Reserve from issuing a central bank digital currency, or CBDC, to individuals.

The CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act (H.R. 5403), offered by Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN), prevents the Federal Reserve from issuing a CBDC directly or indirectly to individuals or maintaining accounts on behalf of individuals. “

In May of 2023, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed the first in the nation state law banning a cashless CBDC system in Florida.

Watchdogs against CBDC warn that it is certain that the system will at first be presented as a “voluntary” improvement for consumers, just as governments at first said that COVID vaccinations would never be made mandatory. But eventually the system will spread its tentacles to every part of society until no alternative is available, and cash is openly abolished. The only way to stop it, say critics, is to ban the creation of any central bank digital currency outright.
