Marijuana with a street value of more than $500,000 has been seized on the NSW south coast.
A crop of 257 cannabis plants were discovered on Monday afternoon at the Jerrawangala State Forrest as police flew over the area.
Police from Nowra had to be winched into bushland to seize the plants, with an estimated potential street value of $514,000.
The plants were destroyed and investigations are continuing.
