FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda Millions of Chinese have watched disturbing three-minute video showing a British man sexually assaulting a Chinese woman as he stood over her lying in a flower bed in central Beijing, reported The Mail.
The incident occurred on Tuesday 8 May. The video which was posted online shows the woman crying out in distress and saying she does not know the foreign man.
The video has been viewed by millions of Chinese. Tens of thousands of Chinese have expressed their anger online and many have called on the police to punish the British tourist severely, reported The Mail.
“Officers have detained a British man suspected of sexually assaulting a woman in Beijing on Tuesday night,” said a statement released a Chinese official shortly after the incident.
The Mail also reported that the British embassy in Beijing said the embassy was aware of the incident.
The video also shows Chinese men coming to the woman’s help after they heard her calls. The men beat the British tourist. The footage, then, shows the British tourist lying in the middle of a road.
Some Chinese viewers have praised the men who intervened. However, legal experts have criticized the Chinese men’s behavior while saying their “actions were understandable”.
The Mail said the suspect could face three to ten years in jail if found guilty of attempted rape.
