“The doctor has said that she needs treatment, we don’t know for how
long,” he added.
On-lookers said they had heard Ms Dougall shouting out as she was being
forcibly transferred from the police headquarters nwhere she was being held
to a secure room ikn the nearby hospital. “I’m not sick, I’m not a
criminal,” one passer-by heard her shout.
According to police, she had been screaming throughout the night and had
attacked police officers while rejecting local Indonesian food.
“She wants pizza and western food,” a spokesman said today.
“She looked like she was an addict, she was going crazy and fighting with the
police as they tried to put her in the car,” said one observer who watched
as officers tried to transfer her.
Her lawyer Mr Suroso said that her partner Julian is ‘holding up’ and he will
meet with him this afternoon.
