Moments after the Pope boarded a plane back to Rome, Obama wasted no time coddling to the gay community while issuing a stern warning to Christians on gay rights.

Obama warned religious Americans that GAY RIGHTS trumps religious liberty and resisting this will fail. In other words- bake their fricking gay cakes and sign their wedding licenses- OR ELSE!

Obama was out pimping for donations to the Democratic Party to one of their largest group of donors- the LGBT community, in New York at a fundraiser billed as a “LGBT GALA” (lol) where he praised the progress made on gay rights under his administration. Progress? Hell, this all got jammed down our throats dude.

“We affirm that we cherish our religious freedom and are profoundly respectful of religious traditions, but we also have to say clearly that our religious freedom doesn’t grant us the freedom to deny our fellow Americans their constitutional rights,” he said to the gay group.

Obama insisted that he cared about the “genuine concerns” of religious institutions… Yeah, if you are a Muslim that worships Allah. He insinuated that Republicans were using the issue just to scare up more votes. Kind of like what he does to get gay and illegal alien votes, huh? What an idiot.

Then he continued to bash the Republicans proudly declaring, “America has left the leaders of the Republican Party behind.”

Well, the last I checked Obama’s ratings are in the tank, just like our country under his Marxist and incompetent rule and the Republicans are kicking the Democrat’s butts in the polling so I have no idea what this moron is talking about.

He ridiculed Ben Carson for suggesting that “prison turns you gay” and added that another Republican candidate had boasted of his introduction of a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage, likely referring to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)

Alluding to Gov. Mike Huckabee, Obama mocked a candidate who said that “Americans should just disobey the Supreme Court’s ruling entirely.”

“I’m sure he loves the Constitution — except for Article III,” Obama said mockingly. “And maybe the Equal Protection Amendment. And 14th Amendment, generally.”

Debbie Wasserman Shultz was in attendance at the fundraiser, and Star Trek’s George Takei also was expected to attend.

Obama proudly told the audience that he would not back down in his efforts to make progress for the LGBT community, and called for all of them to remain vigilant to hold the line on important legal gains in the country.

“What makes America special is, is that though sometimes we zig and zag, eventually hope wins out,” he said. “But it only wins out because folks like you put your shoulder behind the wheel and push it in that direction.”

I hate when that fool says “folks.” Actually, I hate when he says ANYTHING.

Earlier this month, Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis spent several days in jail for refusing to issue marriage licenses to gay couples despite a Supreme Court ruling that made same-sex unions legal nationwide. Davis said such marriages violate her Apostolic Christian faith.

Since being released, the Rowan County clerk has allowed marriage licenses to be issued, but only without her name and title. She also announced that she has left the Democratic Party and become a Republican.

Jim Obergefell, the plaintiff in Obergefell v. Hodges, the legal case that led the Supreme Court in June to rule narrowly in favor of gay marriage, introduced Obama.

The president began by recalling for his supporters that “seven years ago, we came together not just to elect a president, but to reaffirm our faith in that most American of ideals: the notion that people, no matter where they come from … or who they love can change this country.”

He noted that everyone in the U.S., regardless of sexual orientation, is protected by a federal hate crimes law he signed in his first year as president, and that federal contractors are barred from terminating employees for being gay.

Obama got some of his biggest cheers and loudest applause when he said ‘we live in an America where “don’t ask, don’t tell’ is something that `don’t exist.’” Obama lifted the Pentagon policy that barred gays and lesbians from serving openly in the military.

‘And tonight, thanks to the unbending sense of justice passed down through generations of citizens who never gave up hope that we could bring this country closer to our founding ideals … we now live in America where our marriages are equal as well,’ he said.

News alert- men marrying men was never a part of our “founding ideals.” It is simply an issue that you flip flopped on to get more votes. But I guess it makes sense for a gay Kenyan to support gay rights. Congratulations for coming out of the closet, Barry. We all knew you were gay and you have proven us right! Now go golf until the end of your disastrous presidency because AMERICA CAN’T TAKE ANYMORE OF YOUR GARBAGE!
