Boys hit by car in Adelaide

Two boys has been seriously injured by a car while crossing a road in Adelaide.

Police say a 13-year-old boy is in critical condition in the Royal Adelaide Hospital and an 11-year-old is listed as serious but stable in the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

They were hit by a Mercedes Benz while crossing Hanson Road at suburban Mansfield Park on Thursday night.

Police have asked anyone who saw the incident to come forward, particularly the driver of a red Holden Commodore who stopped at the scene.
