A man is in hospital in a serious condition after being kicked down stairs at a train station in Sydney’s west.

Police say the 39-year-old victim was standing at the top of the stairs at Revesby Station in the early hours of this morning when he was attacked by two teenage boys.

One of the alleged offenders was held by witnesses until police arrived.

The other handed himself into police hours later.

Both boys have been charged and will appear in Cobham Children’s Court tomorrow.
