A 14-year-old boy has been stabbed in the abdomen during a fight in Sydney’s west.
The boy was involved in a tussle with another youth in Penrith about 1.20am (AEST) on Saturday when he was stabbed once in the abdomen, police said.
He was taken to Westmead Children’s Hospital where he is in a stable condition.
Police believe the two youths were known to each other and that the attack was not random but no arrests have been made yet.
