In an unprecedented and historical move, President Obama announced the first openly gay person, Eric K. Fanning, as his pick to be the secretary of the Army. Obama once again wants to align himself with a group to be acknowledged for ‘fundamentally changing America.’ Again, this is another politically motivated move that will have dire consequences.

This is more ‘in your face’ crap from this Socialist narcissist. It’s a nominee, so let’s hope the Senate stops this and votes ‘no’. I am sick of our Military getting abused by a commander in chief. As if we weren’t already the laughing stock of the world, just wait until they get a load of this.

CNN reports:

This historic move is one of many steps the Obama administration has taken to advance the rights of the LGBT community in the armed forces. In 2010, the President signed a law ending the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy that prohibited gays and lesbians from serving openly in the military, and earlier this year, the President moved to allow those who identify as transgender to openly serve as well.

Fanning has served as acting under secretary of the Army since June, and before that, served as chief of staff to Secretary of Defense Ash Carter. Fanning also served as under secretary of the Air Force and deputy undersecretary of the Navy.

Obama says, “Eric brings many years of proven experience and exceptional leadership to this new role.”

The American Military Partner Association, a support group for the families of LGBT service members, also praised Obama’s decision.

So, the gay people can dance in the streets with their rainbow colored thongs and celebrate like silly little fools! Lol, this is just insane. I mean, look at the dude. It’s like appointing Pee-Wee Herman or something…

Dictator Obama chose him over an overwhelming majority of “straight” officers, right? I sincerely doubt the reason was that he was “the most qualified & deserving” with such slight odds for being the “one selected.” We know Dictator Obama’s radical far-left agenda, including the glorification of homosexuality (remember the rainbow lighting on the White House)?

All this political, social tinkering, how does any of this make our country safer? Border is still wide open, refugees who aren’t vetted are still piling in here, sanctuary cities still going strong. Nothing Obama does protects our homeland or its people. It’s all surface shallow shenanigans that make people “feel” better. Tell me how I should feel when a terrorist bomb blows up my city and I’m stepping over the rubble and bodies. Perhaps then, the first openly gay head of a branch of the military can give me the Jazz Hands and tell me it’s all gonna be okay.
