Iraqi security officials said the blast happened in the center of Ramadi city on Sunday morning, AP reported.
Two passers-by were also injured when the parked car exploded, an official said.
Meanwhile, official figures showed that civilian casualties increased in April from the previous month.
A total of 126 people, including 88 civilians and 38 security members, were killed in April, figures compiled by the ministries of health, interior and defense indicated.
In March, 112 Iraqis, including 78 civilians and 34 security members, were killed.
Explosions and shootings take place across the country on a daily basis, often targeting Shia-majority areas and local security forces.
