For the £20 million price tag, the five-bedroom property comes with separate staff quarters, a luxury swimming pool and tennis court within one of the world’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.

Motoring is taken care of by luxury British firm Bentley – with two cars available from the Crewe-based manufacturer for a combined value of £2.1 million.

The Bentley deal offers the best of old and new money, with the fresh-looking Continental GTC complimented by the classic 1927 Bentley 6 Litre Vanden Plas Sports Tourer.

The latter is thought to be one of just nine left in the world. It also comes with a VIP trip to the company factory and a night’s stay at a five-star London hotel.

One of the most outlandish gifts is the £2.9 million golf day, where you and 70 guests are flown business class to Fiji where they get exclusive rental of a whole island for five days so they can take part in a private golf tournament.

There is also a one-off £500,000 kitchen which comes with sous-vide water baths, a liquid-nitrogen ice-cream maker and a week-long cooking course with an award-winning US chef.

To compliment the fine food served up in the incredible kitchen, Robb Report has picked out a £380,000 whisky package which includes a single bottle of the £130,000 ‘Tribute to Honour’, Scotland’s second most expensive Scotch.

Bruce Wallin, editorial director of the magazine, said: ‘This is the 28th edition of Robb Report’s annual Ultimate Gift Guide, and every year we’re faced with the challenge of pushing the envelope beyond what we’ve done in years past.

‘For 2011, we take the concept of a gift to a new level, with 21 picks that include everything from a custom-designed Boeing 787 Dreamliner jet to a private-island golf tournament for 70 friends in Fiji.

‘Now we just have to start thinking about how we’re going to top that in 2012.’
