I suspect the Arabs have caught on to the fact that KGB Vladimir Putin runs ISIS. They certainly understand that lowing oil prices hurts Putin’s plans to shut off the flow of energy from the Middle East to the West, by dramatically cutting Russia’s revenues, which Russians use to arm themselves for more invasions.
I suspect that from now on, every time Putin orders ISIS to attack oil producing nations, they will respond by lowering oil prices to strike back at Russia. Putin has exposed himself. He is hurting Russia badly and is destabilizing the world. He is a very, very bad man.
