The construction of the first official and state-funded mosque in Athens has been approved, following the decision of the Council of State, Greece’s highest administrative court.
At the same time, the Greek government has confirmed that there are at least 57,182 nonwhite invaders currently resident in Greece, all of whom have arrived since the Balkans route was supposedly closed.
Invaders sleep in Victoria Square, Athens.
According to a report in the Greek Reporter news service, the construction of the first official mosque in Athens was approved after “decades of objections from religious and citizen groups.”
The way is now clear for the issuance of a building permit, and the environment ministry and interior ministry are next to give procedural approvals.
The construction is expected to cost 1 million euros and it will be fully funded by the state.
The news service said that there had been pressure on the Greek government to proceed with the building permit of a mosque in Athens “as Greece’s Muslim population increases” with the arrival of masses of invaders from Muslim countries.
The site of the new mosque building is in Eleonas, an Athens neighborhood. It will be a low-rise construction without a minaret and a prayer hall for 350 Shia and Sunni Muslims.
Another report in the same paper said that new government data had revealed that there were at least 57,182 invaders currently in Greece.
Of that number, 22,692 are currently in northern Greece, 2,279 are in central Greece, and 251 are in southern Greece. An “estimated” 9,140 people are scattered around the eastern Aegean islands and they continue to increase at the rate of at least 85 per day.
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (KEELPNO) recently called for the closure of reception centers for the invaders after its officials carried out spot-checks at 16 northern Greek centers. The conditions there were found to be “posing public health risks for the public at large.”
