The Arab League has reportedly suspended its talks with the Syrian regime of Bashar Al-Assad, amid Damascus’s apparent failure to curb rampant narcotics trafficking and to resolve the issue of refugees in the region. According to numerous media reports over the past week, which cited anonymous Arab diplomatic sources, the Arab League’s ministerial committee has suspended its meetings with representatives from the Syrian regime.
