According to IRIB World Service, this European weekly, in a report in its Monday edition, said removal of sanctions on Iran’s natural gas exports after a possible nuclear agreement would be a present for Europe, which aims to diversify its natural gas sources.
This report points out that Saudi Arabia and other Arab member states of the Oil Producing Exporting Countries (OPEC) need to maintain their share in the market due to a surge in their domestic expenses; and therefore are making efforts to obstruct a rise in the production of other OPEC member states.
According to this European weekly’s report, based on the assessment of the oil giant British Petroleum Company, Iran sits on the third largest oil reserves in the world; and revocation of sanctions can double or triple Iran’s oil output.
