FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda Anish Kapoor’s Olympic Tower Of Babel Is Pretty Big

If you live in London you’ll know that 2012 is the year that your journey to work will get significantly more dramatic, at least between the months of July and August, due to a tiny little low-key event known as the Olympic Games. It’s got something to do with running and swimming and stuff—and because of this minor sporting occasion, they’re building a big old park out in east London. A park that can be accessed via a giant shopping mall because apparently shopping is now an Olympic event.
Along with shopping malls, they’re also building a towering artwork for the occasion—that is to say, they’re building the largest piece of public art in Britain. Standing 394ft (120m) tall, this monumental steel structure is called Orbit and was designed by Anish Kapoor in collaboration with structural engineer Cecil Balmond. They’ve been working on this behemoth since 2010 and it’s finally due to open this March. If the concept drawings and models below are anything to go by (and let’s hope they are) it’s going to look damn fine.
The design was partly inspired by the Tower of Babel and will be a winding, snaking structure that Kapoor says should convey the “…sensation of instability, something that is continually in movement. Traditionally a tower is pyramidal in structure, but we have done quite the opposite, we have a flowing, coiling form that changes as you walk around it… It is an object that cannot be perceived as having a singular image, from any one perspective. You need to journey round the object, and through it. Like a Tower of Babel, it requires real participation from the public”.
